  Niagara Gazette - 2/9/1968 A lifelong resident of the Nia gara Falls area, 79-year-old Mrs. Maude Elizabeth Holliday, died Thursday, Feb. 8, 1968, In Memorial Hospital a f t e r a lengthy illness. She was born Jan. 7. 1889 in Town of Lewiston, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Blacklock. Her husband, the late Royal H. Holliday, died in 1960. She was a member of LaSalle Eastern Star Lodge No. 785, and of St. James Methodist Church. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Violet Colquhoun, a sister, Mrs. Jessie Bradt, both of this city; a brother, Edgar Blacklock, St. Petersburg,. Fl a., and one granddaughter. Friends may call tonight from 7-9 p.m. at the Cobler Funeral Home, 640 Park Place. Funeral arrangements are tentatively set for Monday in St Petersburg, Fla., where she will be interred.
