  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 2/2/1977 BLACKMORE - Esther R. (nee Smith) Blackmore, 79, of North Tonawanda, Tuesday (February 1, 1977) at Sheridan Manor Nursing Home, Town of Tonawanda, after several months illness. Born in Tonawanda, she had been a resident of the Tonawandas all her life and was the wife of Owen B. Blackmore, who died in 1956. She is survived by three nephews, William C. and LaVerna J. Dahl of Tonawanda and LaVant M. Dahl of North Tonawanda. Friends may call from 7 to 9 this evening at John O. Roth Funeral Home, Morgan and William Sts., Tonawanda where ser- vices will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday by the Rev. Kenneth D. Wood. Burial will be in Elmlawn Cemetery.
