  Lockport NY Union Sun Journal - 8/7/1981 NIAGARA PALLS, Aug. 7-Eva Jane Blackwell, six, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John w. Blackwell, died yesterday in Municipal hospital of spinal meningitis. She was rushed there from here home, 558 26th street, last night, after a sudden attack of the illness. No other cases of this disease or of infantile paralysis have been reported here, Dr. E. E. Gilllck, city health officer, said today. The funeral, private, will be held at Leuppie funeral chapel today. Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery
