A lovely summer double ring wedding
ceremony was performed by the
Rev. William Sutherland In St
Mary's rectory recently, uniting l n
marriage Miss Agnes Louise Blamer,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter
Blamer, of Memorial parkway, and
Dr. William Francis Boucher, son of
Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Boucher, of Ca-
tasauqua, Pa.
The bride, who was given in marriage
by her father, wore a charming
gown of white marquisette with
a lace cape and lace Inserts in the
skirt and train. Her veil fell from a
heart-shaped tiara of seeded pearls.
She carried a colonial bouquet of
white roses, baby's breath and blue
cornflowers, from which fell satin
streamers.
Miss Dorothy Cross, maid of hon-
or, was dressed in a white net gown
with blue ribbon inserts and wore a
tiara of blue net. Her bouquet was
also of colonial style and was of
pink roses and blue delphinium tied
with a blue bow.
Mr. James Henry Boucher was his
brother's best man.
Immediately after the ceremony a
wedding breakfast was held at the
Niagara hotel for the bridal party
and members of the immediate families.
The table was decorated with
a lovely floral centerpiece and white
tapers. A reception was held from
3 to 5 at the home of the bride and
guests were reclved by the bridaj
party and the mother of the bride
and bridegroom.
The mother of the bride wore a
black afternoon dress trimmed with
pink and wore black accessories and
a corsage of pink roses. The mother
of the bridegroom wore a blue summer
print with white accessories and
a gardenia corsage.
The bridal table was beautifully
decorated.with a lace cloth and was
centered with a white and silver
tiered wedding cake. A flowered ice
punch bowl and crystal candelabra
completed the table decorations and
a profusion of flowers throughout
the house furnished a lovely atmos-
phere for the occasion.
After the reception Dr. and Mrs.
Boucher left for a wedding trip
through the west and will make
their home in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The out-of-town guests included
the bridegroom's family and friends
from Buffalo, Youngstown, N.Y.,
Medina, N.Y., Rochester, N.Y.,
Catasauqua, Pa. Ann Arbor Mich.,
Bridgeport, Conn., Gibbstown, N.J.,
Ypsilianti, Mich., and Niagara Falls,
Ont.
