An altar banked with white gladioli,
chrysanthemums and carnations
and set with lighted candies
formed the setting for the marriage
of Miss Jessie Annalora and
Myron F. Blood at 9 30 Saturday
morning. Sept 11, at St. Joseph's
Church. The Rev. Samuel
Lombardo officiated at the ceremony
uniting the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Fred Annalora of 87
Chapel St and the son of Mrs
Leora Blood of Oakfield.
Given in marriage by her
the bride was attired
in a gown of embroidered net
with a fitted bodice, long pointed
sleeves and a tan skirt.
Her fingertip veil of matching
embroidered net fell from
a Juliet cap and she carried
bouquet of stephanotis cen-
tered by white roses.
Mary Wilhelm was maid
of honor in an aqua crystalette
gown fashioned with a halter neckline
and semi-pleated full skirt
She wore a matching Jacket,
heart-shaped picture hat, slippers
and gloves. Wearing similar ensembles
were the bridesmaids,
Mrs. Roger Brandt of Burt, sister
of the bride, and Miss Patricia
Laubacker. The attendants
carried heart-shaped bouquets of
talisman roses with streamers to
match their gowns.
Barbara Samborskl of Rochester
was flower girl and the ring
bearer was Wayne Goodwin of
Batavla.
Raymond McCoy of Oakfield attended
the groom as best man and
the ushers were Anthony Annalora
of Burt, brother of the bride, and
Burton Hart of Elba.
For her daughter's wedding,
Mrs. Annalora selected a
dress of royal blue with navy
white accessories. The
ef the groom chose
pink flowered dress with
lories. Each were
a corsage ef pinkish-white
carnations.
A wedding breakfast was served
to the bridal party at the borne
of the bride't parents, and later
a dinner was served at the Veterans
of Foreign Wars Home on
Pel adonis Street.
The evening reception to 200
also was held at the VFW, where
refreshments were served from
a table decorated with a fourtiered
wedding cake.
Following a wedding trip to
Washington and Mount Vernon,
the couple are residing at 55 Outwater
Drive. For traveling the
bride were a suit of fall pink
with pink and black accessories
and a corsage of pink and white
carnations.
Oat of-tow guests were
from Oakfield. Pariltea, Rochester.
Bart, Gaspers, Batavia,
Niagara Falls and Elba.
The bride is a graduate of St.
Joseph's Academy and Secreta-
rial Institute. The groom was
graduated from Oakfield-Alabama
School.
Pre-nuptlal showers ware given
by the mother of the bride; Miss
Wunetan sad Mrs. Anita Brandt
entertained at the home of Mrs.
Brandt and Miss Maty Kay O'Donnell
and Miss Laubacker were
hostesses at the home ef Miss
O'Donnell.
Myron was born on September 2, 1933 and passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.
Myron was a resident of Indiana at the time of passing.
The family will receive friends at the Kenneth H. Sherrie Funeral Home, 6139 East Ave. Newfane, NY 14108 on Tuesday, December 17th from 4:00-6:00pm where his Funeral Service will be held immediately following at 6:00pm. Interment will be held privately at Cold Springs Cemetery.
