- LINDA JOYCE WHITCOMB, age 70 of North Tonawanda, NY, formerly of Niagara Falls, entered into the rest on July 1, 2020 at Buffalo General Medical Center. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on October 1, 1949, daughter of the late Charles and Louise (Glassnip) Whitcomb. Linda was employed doing janitorial and custodial work at the Seneca Niagara Casino. She enjoyed watching the classic black and white movies, loved to bake, play Bingo with her sisters, and was on a bowling league.
Survivors include a brother, Norman and a sister, Nancy; grandchildren, Nancy and Herbie Schinbeck, Richie and Deloris Whitcomb, Shirly and Al Evans, Dorthy and Hank Shiro, Charlene and Duane Clive, Barbara and Terry McFarland, and Marsha Winger.
Also predeceased by eight brothers and sisters, Richie, Don, Shirly, Dorthy, Bobby, Charlene, Marsha, and Barbara.
Friends may call at the DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, (Bergholz) in Wheatfield, on Monday (July 6) from 3-6 p.m. Services will follow visitation at 6:00 p.m.
