  Lawrence R. Leggett RANS0MVILLE - Lawrence R. Leggett, 71, of 4018 Dickersonville Road, died Sunday (July 20, 1975) at Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, after an illness of several months. Born here, be was the son of William and Lula Leggett. He operated a farm at his home. He was a former member of the Ransomville Exempt Firemen and of the Dickersonville Methodist Church. He was a member and served on the committee of the Niagara Cooperative Extension Service and was a former member of the North Ridge Baseball Team. Survivors include his wife, Pearl (Pheffer) Leggett of this hamlet; a daughter, Mrs. Anthony (June) Moshano of Ontario, N.Y.; two sons, Robert and William Leggett both of here; a brother Durwood Leggett of here and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the Hardison Funeral Home here with the Rev. Ronald Logan of the Ransomville Free Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in North Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m. and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Contributions to the Niagara County Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, the Dickersonville Methodist Church or the Ransomville Free Methodist Church will be acceptable as tribute the family said.
