  MEYER - Howard J. Age 95, of North Tonawanda, July 15, 2018 after a brief illness. Beloved husband of the late Lucille Meyer; dear father of Todd Meyer of Pittsburgh, PA, Susan (James Parker) Meyer and Jon Meyer both of North Tonawanda and Jay (Patty) Meyer of Grand Island; grandfather of ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brother of Eugene (Alice Gilpatrick) Meyer and John Meyer, both of North Tonawanda; uncle of many nieces and a nephew. Howard was a World War II Army veteran. He was a professor at Buffalo State College for over 30 years. He enjoyed collecting tools, building, farming and spending time with his grandchildren. No prior visitation. Funeral Services were held at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church, 1135 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, NY 14120.
