(AP>- Judy Ann Bly, 3, died today in Chaffee Memorial Hospital of injuries suffered when struck Wednesday by an automobile driven by her grandfather. Police said the child was playing in the driveway of her home when Victor Bly Sr. ap- parently attempted to back his car out and struck her. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Bly Jr. of East Concord, Erie County.
