- Betty Ann Wehling Obituary
In the morning hours of April 14th, 2025, Betty Ann (Marshall) Wehling of Buffalo (93) was escorted by Jesus the Christ and Angels to the Octave of Light. She was reunited with her beloved and most cherished husband, Loren Andrew Wehling. Betty Ann was predeceased by her parents Jenny (Lister) and John Marshall along with her loving care takers who raised her, Helen and Samuel "Deac" Shisler; sisters Marnie (Ben Smith) Groh, Shirley (Bob) Sescil, and her brother Leighton (Noreen) Marshall; and many in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and dear neighbors who cherished her greatly.
Awaiting a reunion with Betty and all predeceased loved ones are; brother John (Zora) Marshall; children: Tom (Sue) Wehling, Loren Andrew (Cheryl) Wehling Jr., Ann (Jim) Winkowski, Susan (Bob) Gugino, Julie (Ken Hallgren) Wehling and Carl Wehling; grandchildren: Lynn (John) Kania, Kate (Chris) Slomba, Erica (Krishna) Gnanasamba, Loren John (Cortney) Wehling, Steve (Kristin) Wehling, Aaron Winkowski, Sarah (Steve) Lockhart, Caleb Winkowski, Charles Gugino, Joey Gugino, Christopher Donovan, Kelly (Keri) Donovan, Grace (Drew) Mills, Matthew Hallgren and his future bride, Alexis Krebs; great-grandchildren: Alex and Kristen Kania, Shanna, Leland, Aubrey, Max and Naomi Slomba, Nora and Maya Gnanasamba, Loren Jacob "LJ" Wehling, Abby and Olivia Wehling, Abby and Charlotte Lockhart, Robert Joseph "RJ" Gugino, Baby Gugino (Coming Oct 2025), Jemn and Vielle Bernadino, and Emmett Mills.
Her last words that we know of were,
"Loren! Loren! I'm coming home!"
How could we be anything but happy for her!
Relatives and friends may visit Lombardo Funeral Home (NorthTowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd, Amherst, NY for a visitation on Friday, May 2nd from 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00PM. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 3rd at St. Martin Lutheran Church, 322 Old Falls Blvd, North Tonawanda, NY at 11:00AM. Please assemble at church. Condolences may be made on this page.
