Salvatore 'Sal' B. Spatorico, 69, of Niagara Falls, NY, died Sunday, December 4th, 2016 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville, NC. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY on April 15th, 1947. He was the son of the late Joseph and Carmelina (Costantino) Spatorico.
Sal worked for Olin Corporation from 1970-1980. He then worked for Laborer's Local 91 until he retired. Sal also owned and operated his DJ business, Eastside Sounds. He enjoyed playing golf and entertaining his family and friends with his jokes and singing. He so loved life. He was also a proud member of Gamblers Anonymous since 1976.
Sal was preceded in death by his brother, Rev. Joseph Spatorico; and a sister, Jean Spatorico.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Patricia (Brandon) Spatorico; two sons, Joseph of Niagara Falls, NY, and Michael (Laura) of Roanoke Rapids, NC; grandsons, Victor and Garrett; granddaughters, Abigail Cox, Madalyn Spatorico, Tabitha Schumann and Karissa Briggs. Also many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary's of the Cataract Church, 259 Fourth Street, Niagara Falls, NY on July 7, 2017 at 10:00 AM.
