K e n n e y , 66, of
T o n a w a n d a , unexpectedly
Friday (Aug. 13,
1976) at DeGraff
Memorial Hospital.
Born in Youngstown
Ohio, he had been a
resident of Tonawanda
for more than 45 years
and had been employed
at Anaconda American
Brass Co. for 32 years,
retiring in 1972. An Army
veteran of WWII, he was
a member of St. Francis
of Assisi Church, Union
Hook and Ladder Com-
pany, Eddie's Social Club
and the Niawanda Rod
and Gun Club in Niagara
Falls.
He is survived by his
wife Claudia (nee Fritz)
Kenney; two daughters,
Mrs. Charles (Caarol)
Boehnkek and Mrs. Terry
(Donna) Adamec; five
sons, ohn (Norma)
Kenney, Donald
(Theresa) Kenney,
Gerald (Judy) Kenney,
Charles (Georgia)
Kenney and Michael
(Deborah) Kenney, all
of the Tonawandas; two
brothers, Luke E.
(Gladys) Kenney of
Rochester and John R.
(Fern) Kenney of
Tonawanda; 14 grand-
children and one great-
granddaughter.
Friends may call from
7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4
and 7-9 Sunday at
the John O. Roth Funeral
Home, Morgan and
William Streets,
Tonawanda, where
prayers will be said
Monday at 1:30 p.m.,, the
Rt. Rev. Msgr. Ralph M.
Miller officiating. Burial
will be in White Chapel
Cemetery.
