LAKE MONTICELLO, VA -
Bonnie Lee (Schultz) Rehm, 69, of Lake Monticello, VA, died on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at Martha Jefferson Hospital. She was born on February 24, 1945 in Lockport, NY, a daughter of the late Kenneth Schultz and Dora Bell (Chase) Schultz.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Schultz.
Mrs. Rehm taught in the Lockport, NY School System for over 30 years. She was a graduate of Lockport High School and Buffalo State University, where she earned a Master of Elementary Education degree. She was a member of the Lake Monticello Beautification Corps and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed knitting, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond F. Rehm; two sons, Thomas S. Rehm and Christina Corey of Ashville, NC, and Brian C. Rehm and his wife, Jennifer of Stanardsville, VA; three brothers, Douglas, Charles and Ralph Schultz; and four grandchildren, Catherine, Phoebe, Brian and Cody Rehm.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 AM on Saturday, April 26, 2014, at Thacker Brothers Lake Monticello Funeral Home. The viewing will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to a charity of your choice.
