With heavy hearts, we said goodbye to Rosalie Irene Bongiovanni on September 18, 2014 in Sun City West, AZ. Rosalie is survived by her husband and companion of 68 years, Carmine Joseph Bongiovanni.
Rosalie Irene Pace was born on March 4, 1927 to Mauro Lorenzo Pace and Marionina (Tedesco) Pace and raised in Niagara Falls, NY. Rosalie volunteered at the Red Cross and worked in retail sales at the Summit Park Mall. In 1986, Rosalie and her husband moved to Sun City West, AZ, a place they immediately loved and called home.
Rosalie was preceded in her death by her sisters, Betty Campanero and Bertha Pino, and her loving son-in-law, Michael Richard Clint.
In addition to her husband Carmen, she is survived by her children, Bonita Clint Bradbury of Dallas, TX, Manuel Bongiovanni of Scottsdale, AZ, Annette Bongiovanni of Washington, DC, and Dianne Bongiovanni Goldstein and her husband Lawrence Goldstein of Dallas, TX. She adored all her grandchildren: Michael Charles Clint, of San Antonio, TX, and his son JonMichael Clint; C. Pace Moreno Bongiovanni, and Jaclyn and Jordanna Goldstein.
Rosalie was a bright spirit with a warm personality who touched many lives. There wasn't a wife or mother more dedicated to her family than Rosalie. We miss her dearly.
