  Lockport NY Union Sun Journal - 7/15/1941 NIAGARA FALLS - Funeral services for Edmund J. Bonsteel, a caretaker employed by the City parks department, who died in Mount St. Mary's hospital, Monday morning, will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow at the Bell Funeral chapel. Burial will be in Corwin cemetery at Newfane. Born in Wilson, Mr. Bonsteel came here 15 years ago from Newfane, where he had conducted a farm. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Edith L. Bonsteel; two ions Prank J., of this city, and Merton D., of Gallon, O; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Truesdale, of Ransomville, and Mrs. Amanda Walter, of this city, and a brother Albert Bonsteel, of this city.
