RANSOMVILLE-Merton A.
Truesdale, 73, of New Road,
a former New York Central
Railroad stationary engineer,
died today (March 13, 1967)
at Ransomville General Hospital
after an illness of several
years.
A native of Youngstown, he
was the son of Andrew and
Hattie Truesdale. He was a
farmer before his employment
with the New York Central.
Survivors include his widow,
Cornelia Truesdale; a
daughter, Mrs. Edna May Ellis,
Ransomville; three sons,
Neal and Harold Truesdale,
Ransomville, and Merton A.
Truesdale Jr., Spring f i e l d ,
Mass.; five brothers, Bert,
Archie. Harold • and Louis
Truesdale, Ransomville, and
Howard Truesdale, Burt.
Funeral services will b° conducted
at 2 p.m. Wednesday
at the Hardison Funeral Home
here by Rev. Robert Jones
of Ransomville Metho d i s t
Church. Burial will be in
North Ridge C e m e t e r y.
Friends may call at the funeral
home after 7 p.m. today
and from 2 to 5 find 7 to 9
p.m. Tuesday.
