  Niagara Gazette - 5/20/1949 Mrs. Tena Borchert, 79. died yesterday at her home. 56 Chlpman place. Mrs. Borchert was bom in Germany and had lived here most of her life. She was a member of the Friedens Evangelican and Re- formed church and a charter mem- ber of its Women's guild. Surviving ire her husband. Fred- erlck: a son. Clarence: two daugh- ters. Mrs. Elmer A. Redenske and Miss Josephine Borchert; one grandchild; three great grand- children, and two brothers, John and Gust, all of the Tonawandas. Last rite will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at the home. Interment will be in Friedens cemetery.
