  Lockport NY Union Sun Journal - 2/7/1934 Funeral services for Mrs. Viola Day Stimpson, wife of Fred Stimpson of North Hartland street, Mlddleport, who died Friday afternoon at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Gay, were held Monday afternoon at the Gay home, Main street, Akron, and at 2:30 from the Akron Methodist Episcopal church, Rev. G. C. Bucher, officiated. Burial was In Evergreen Lawn cemetery.
