  Niagara Gazette - 10/12/1942 Mrs. Augusta Bertha Borks. widow of Henry Borks, died at her home, 1830 Cleveland avenue, this morning, at the age of 81. She was a native of Ottawa, Ont., and had resided here 40 years. She is survived by two sons. John L. and Leo W. Borks; three daughters, Mrs. Walter Gromoll, Mrs. Andrew Manz and Mrs. Minnie Richey; nine grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren, all of this city. A son, Walter C. Borks, was killed during the first World War. The funeral will be held from the family home at 2 p.m. Wednesday, with services at the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran church at 2:30 p. m., the Rev. M. J. Kretzmann officiating. Burial will be in Oak wood cemetery.
