  Niagara Gazette - 4/10/1959 Louis John Borks, 67, of 221 Fourth St., a retired bricklayer, died at Memorial Hospital Thursday (April 9, 1959) after an illness of five weeks! Mr. Borks suffered from a heart condition. Born in Ottawa, Ont., he came to this city 55 years ago and was a bricklayer at the National Carbon Co. for 20 years, retiring several years ago..He was a member of the First Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Anna Ambler Borks; three sisters. Mrs. Andrew Manz, Mrs. Walter Gromoll and Mrs. Minnie Richey; a brother, Leo Borks. and seven nephews and nieces, all of this city. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Quinn and Rcardon "Funeral Home with the Rev. Lester Hunt, officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
