NEUMANN, BETTY JOAN (nee TOOKE)
February 22, 1937 - September 26, 2024 Age 87 of North Tonawanda. Wife of the late Rodney A. Neumann who died in 2010, mother of David (Paula) Neumann, Michael (Merinda) Neumann and Douglas Neumann, grandmother of Brian Neumann, Becky (John) Simpson, Stephanie (Erik) Gordon and Rachel Neumann, great grandmother of Brynn and Thomas Simpson and Arlo Gordon, daughter of the late Lloyd and Elizabeth Tooke and sister of the late James Tooke and Lloyd Tooke, Jr. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Betty was a 1954 graduate of North Tonawanda High School. Throughout her life, Betty enjoyed dancing, playing Bingo and writing poetry. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday October 1, 2024 from 4-7 PM at JOHN O. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts) City of Tonawanda, where a Funeral Service will be conducted on Tuesday evening at 7 PM following the calling hours. Everyone welcome to attend. Betty's burial will be on Wednesday October 2, 2024 at 11 AM in White Chapel Memorial Park Cemetery, 3210 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst, NY. Everyone is welcome to attend the burial with Betty's family. Flowers gratefully declined, Memorial contributions in memory of Betty may be made to the charity of your choice.
