- James Michael Bailor, 53 of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on October 4, 2017. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of Shelvie (Davis) Bailor, and the late Chester Bailor.
James was a lifelong resident of the Niagara Falls area. He attended local schools including Niagara Falls High School. For over thirty years, he was employed as a roofer with Tuscarora Roofing and Siding Company in Sanborn, NY. Jim was an avid fan of auto racing and in his younger years, built and raced stockcars at Ransomville Speedway. In his leisure time, he also enjoyed going to the casino.
In addition to his mother, James is survived by his wife of 29 years, Mary Jean (Biamonte) Bailor, three daughters, Kimberly (Jake Capton) Bailor, Michele Bailor and Jamie Bailor, four grandchildren, Haylee, Kaitlyn, Savannah and Brooke, his sisters and brothers, Michael ‘Dean’ (Dori) Bailor, Richard Bailor, Sandy Bailor, Diana Wainwright, Joann Cirillo, Bonnie Litz, Marilyn Elenski, Charles Bailor and Timothy Bailor, his special niece, Alydia Bailor as well as several other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was also predeceased by two brothers, David and Samuel Bailor.
Visitation will be Sunday October 8th from 1-4 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL 2730 Military Road Niagara Falls, NY.
