 Word was received in Troy
 today of the death yesterday
 in Delray Beach, Fla., of Mn.
 Florence Madden Boughton, 70,
 widow of Charles D. Boughton,
 former Lansingburg resident.
 Mrs. Boughton ia a former
 teacher at Emma W i l l a rd
 School.
 She was the daughter of the
 late Mr. and Mrs. George Cole
 Madden of Lansingburg. Her
 father was owner of the Madden
 Lumber Yard. She had resided
 in Florida since 1936.
 Mrs. Boughton had maintained
 a summer home on
 Pikes Pond on toe Averill
 Park-East Nassau road for many
 years. Her husband formerly
 operated the Colony Hotel at
 Delray Beach.
 She was a graduate of Emma
 Willard and Wheelock School
 in Boston. She taught at Emma
 Willard for many years before
 her marriage.
 Survivors include a stepson,
 George D. Boughton of Delray
 Beach; two nephews, John
 Banta of Delray Beach and
 Thomas Banta of Dayton, Ohio.
 Funeral services will be held
 Monday afternoon at Delray
 Beach with burial in that city.
