Gloria Koithan

WHEATFIELD - Gloria (French) Koithan, of Niagara Falls, formerly of North Tonawanda, passed away on April 17, 2014, surrounded by her family at Elderwood at Crestwood. She was born in Andover, ME on August 25, 1933, the daughter of Frederick and Louise (Morgan) French.
Mrs. Koithan worked as a supervisor for the Candling and Quality Control for Invenex (Fresenius Kabi) on Grand Island for many years, retiring in 1995. She enjoyed reading, gardening and crafts.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Harold Koithan; children, Ron (Mary) Koithan of Tuscan, AZ; Terri Koithan of North Home, MI; Beverly (Mark) Joy of Niagara Falls; Russell (Patti) Koithan of Niagara Falls; Diane (Richard) Koi-Thompson, NY; Doug (Tammy) Koithan of Getzville; her brother, Frederick French of Jay, ME; grandchildren, Andrea (Damian) Tate, Matthew Koithan, William (Jennifer), Bradley (Lisa), David (Jennifer), Daniel (Nicole) Dixon, Aaron, Stephanie Koithan, Joseph Thompson, Samantha (Adam) Kogelman, Kerensa Koithan, Aliza (Curt) Lundin, Hollea Boquist; great-grandchildren, Brydon, Aila, Olivia, Avery, Miranda, Jaren, Ashton, Hailey, Allissa and Anna Marie and special niece, Jeanine Choops. She was predeceased by sisters, Deanna Lindahl and Arlene Miller.
Friends may call Tuesday after 1 PM in the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, where memorial services will be held at 2 PM. The interment will be private in Acacia Park Cemetery, Pendleton.
