  Lockport NY Union Sun Journal - 4/6/1931 Andrew Bowers died Thursday of old age inflrmatives. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home of his daughter. Mrs. Charles Meland, Coleman road. Barker. The Rev. W. J. Harrington of the Barker M. E. church will officiate. Interment will be at Somerset. Mr. Bowers was well known in this community where he had spent his entire life. He is survived by one son, Ray Bowers of Barker, and several daughters, Mrs. Charles Meland, Mrs. Maynard of Barker, Miss Lil- lian Bowers of Lyndonville, and several grandchildren
