North Tonawanda, suddenly
Monday (Jan. 3. 1972) in Mt. St.
Mary's Hospital, Lewiston.
Born in Pennsylvania, Mr.
Stevens lived in North Tonawanda
for 14 years and was an
operating engineer with a
construction company.
He is survived by his wife, Jac
queline Czysz Stevens; a son,
Eric and a daughter, Janiese of
North Tonawanda; his parents,
Henry and Ida Hanes Stevens of
Lakeland, Fla.; three stepdaughters,
Corrine, Cadace and
Colleene Brock and a step-son,
Jeffrey Brock, all of North Tonawanda;
four brothers. Richard
of Dunedin, Fla., Henry of
North Tonawanda, Charles of
Hamburg, Robert of Cortland;
five sisters, Mrs Betty Elberfeld
of North Tonawanda, Mrs.
Shirley Miller of Cattaraugus,
Mrs, Barbara Perry of Niagara
Falls, Mrs, Nola Jackson of
Delevan, N.Y., and Mrs. Helen
Horn of Tonawanda.
Friends may call from 2 to 4
and 7 to 9 p.m. at Wattengel
Funeral Home, Inc., 307 Oliver
St., North Tonawanda Services
will be conducted from the
North Presbyterian Church,
Thursday at 1:30 p.m., the
Rev. Frank E. Wright officiating.
Burial in Elmlawn Cemetery.
