  Niagara Gazette - 7/5/1964 Thomas Boyd Sr., 78, a retired Shredded Wheat Co. employe, died Friday (July 3, 1964) at 2402 Cleveland Ave., where he resided. He r e t i r e d from the Shredded Wheat Co. in 1950 after working there about 25 years. Mr. Boyd was born in Stevenson, Scotland, and had lived in Niagara Falls 50 years. He was a communicant of the Pierce Avenue Presbyterian Church. Survivors include his wife, Matilda; a son, Thomas Boyd Jr., this city; three grandchildren and five g r e a t' grandchildren. Funeral-services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Otto Redanz Funeral Home. Rev. A. Ferman Kearney, pastor of Pierce Aven u e Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
