  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 1/16/1950 Howard C. Allbert, 47, 63 Chipman Place, a construction Engineer with the Kulp-Waco Corp., Buffalo, died Saturday after a heart attack. Mr. Allbert, a native of North Tonawanda, served for 8 years in the U. S. Navy as a young man. Surviving are his wife, Pearl; 2 daughters, Mrs. Sherwood Rae^and Mrs. Daniel Jetter; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Gugina and Mrs. Clara Faber of Buffalo, two brothers, Charles Lyons of Tonawanda and Clarence Lyons of Ifcagara Falls. Services will be hera in the Wattengel Funeral Home, '307 Oliver St., Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. The Rev. John Sandmeyer will officiate. Burial will be in Elmlawn Cemetery.
