  Lockport NY Union Sun Journal - 10/16/1948 Mrs. Loraine H. Meeks, 42, wife of Charles Meeks, 190 Niagara St., died this morning in Lockport City Hospital where she had been pneumonia patient for the past two weeks. Born in Lockport July 15, 1902, Mrs. Meeks attended Lockport Senior High School. Surviving, besides her husband, are two daughters, Mrs. William Q. Leyden Jr., and Mrs. Charles J. Oarlock; her mother, Mrs. Fred Q. Boyer, and a brother, Walter C. Boyer, all of Lockport. Services will be held in the Kennedy Funeral Home, 122 Walnut St., Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock and a half hour later In St. Patrick's Church. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
