  Fair Haven NY Register - 5/30/1935 Henry Brace., 88, one of the two surviving Grand Army veterans of Cato place, died early Monday morning at the Oswego hospital after being taken there Sunday after he had fallen out on the lawn and fractured his leg above the knee. He had been deprived of his eyesight for some time, but had been about the home until Sunday. He is survived by two daughters. Miss Flora Brace and Mrs. Laura Harrison of Fair Haven; two sons, Bart of Fair Haren and Fred of Wokott; one half-sister, Mrs. Dthphine Moore of Fair Haven; grandchildren, Mrs. Allen McFarland of Sterling Center. Mrs. Mack Van Patten of Minetto. Mrs. Edwin Blanchard of Martvilie, Mrs. Melvin Mead of Rochester, Lucille, Leon and Joyce Scott, Mrs. Marie Randall of Southwest Orwego, Lyle, Betty and Jack Harrison of Fair Haven and Lyle Brace of Wokott. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home, Rev. H. R. Austin officiating. Interment in Springbrook cemetery.
