He leaves his wife Livia, three sons and one daughter, Mrs. Charles Leonard of Lockport, Walter of Olcott, Earl of Geneva and Kenneth at home, one brother Prank and one sister Mrs. David Brimmer of Sonyea. Funeral services will be conducted from the home Friday, September 23, 1938 at 2:30 P. M. D. S. T. Burial at Oorwin cemetery.
