FIX- Richard (George) Fix,
44, formerly of Tonawanda,
unexpectedly, Friday, Jan. 5,
1973 in Seattle, Wash. A veteran
of the Korean Conflict, Mr. Fix
had retired from the United
States Navy after more than 20
years of service.
He is survived by his wife
Mrs. Jean (nee Redfield) Fix;
two sons, Anthony and Richard
Fix, all of Seattle and two
brothers, Charles Fix of
Niagara Falls, N.Y. and
Norman Fix of Tonawanda;
three sister, Mrs. Winifred
Carroll, Mrs. William (Rita)
Sholtz and Mrs. John (Dorothy)
Rosinski, all of Tonawanda;
two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Howard
(Alleta) Williams of Sanborn,
N.Y., and Mrs. Margaret Fix of
Tonawanda; a brother-in-law,
Charles Pastor of Kenmore,
N.Y.; also surviving are many
nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at their
convenience after 2 p.m. on
WEDNESDAY at the Hamp
Funeral Home, Inc., Adam and
Seymour Streets, Tonawanda,
where prayers will be said at 9
a.m. on Thursday, followed by a
Mass of the Resurrection at
9:30 a.m. at St. Edmund's
Church. Interment in Mt. Olivet
Cemetery. (9-10)
