  Obituary for Joan M. Cline (Astorino) (Formerly Milliron) Joan M Cline (Astorino), formerly Milliron, 90 of North Tonawanda Friday (July 16, 2021) at home surrounded by family under the care of Niagara Hospice. Joan was born in Walston, Pa on February 5, 1931 to Michael and Elizabeth (Funair). Joan was a long time member of Lighthouse Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her husband Robert Cline, her former husband Philip Milliron, and brother Frank (Donna) Astorino. Joan is survived by her children Angel (Jack) Kraft, Victoria Laudero, and Robert (Wendy) Milliron, grandmother of Kristen (Tom) Fending, and great grandmother of Becky and Jacob Fending. Friends may call Friday from 4-8 P.M. at the Wattengel Funeral Home, 533 Meadow Drive, North Tonawanda, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 AM. Interment Acacia Park Cemetery.
