  Rome NY Daily Sentinel - 5/6/1968 DEANSBORO - Mrs. Lucile B. Whaley, 77, died Sunday in a Utica hospital. She was the widow of Bert Whaley. She was born m Wells, Nevada, Dec. 20, 1889, daughter of, Albert and Georgai Wright Brandis. She attended Deans- boro schools and was married to Mr. Whaley June 19, 1920. He died in March 1967. Mrs. Whaley was a member of the Methodist Church. She leaves a son, Theodore, Deansboro and two sisters,, Mrs. Charles (Brenda) Griffin, Clinton, and Mrs. Raymond (Mabel) Dolan, Oriskany Falls. The funeral will be at 10 Wednesday from the Owens Funeral Home, 35 College St., Clinton. Burial will be in Deansboro Cemetery. Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Tuesday only.
