  Clinton NY Courier - 8/29/1928 Sincere sorrow was expressed in this .community Monday, when it was learned that Mildred Brandis Sill had passed away at *St. Elizabeth's Hospital after a brief illness. Mrs. Sill was'spending the summer with her parents Mr. and Mrs. William F.Brandis of Franklin Springs, which had been her custom since her marriage. Mrs. Sill was born in Franklin Springs March 2, 1895, and was a young woman possessed of unusual charm and character. She attended Clinton High School and was a member of the Presbyterian Church in this village. On Christmas eve, 1919, she was united in marriage with Claude C. Sill and since that time had resided in Billings, Mont., returning here for a visit on several occasions. Besides her parents and husband she leaves a son, Donald, aged'6, and two brothers, Durward and William Brandis of Franklin Springs.
