  Lockport NY Union Sun Journal - 7/12/1935 August F. Schendel died at the City Hospital Thursday. July 11, 1935. He is survived by his wife, Gladys (nee Brauer) his mother, Mrs, Augusta Kage, three brothers, five sisters, Mrs. Elmer Gombert. Mrs- Homer Scarborough, Mrs, Mil ton Bork, Mrs Stephen Seimendick, Mrs. Bernard Truaa, Theodore, Ed - ward and Marcus Schendel. Funeral services will be held from his home, Creek road, South Royalton. Sunday afternoon, July 14th, at 1:30 (D.S.T.) and 3 o'clock from St- Paul's Lu theran church at Wolcottshurg. Burial in Clarence Center cemetery
