- Patricia “Pat” Smith age 68 of Lockport, the wife of Robert L. Smith entered into rest suddenly on Friday, October 29, 2021. Pat was born in Lockport, daughter of the late Sylvester and Ann Godzisz.
Pat enjoyed tending to her flowers, cross stitching, wood crafts, feeding songbirds and her pets. She loved taking trips to historic villages and homes. Pat and Robert enjoyed traveling to Australia, Scandinavia, Europe, England, Canada, Florida, Alaska, Vermont and California. They lived in St. Louis MO, Carlisle PA, and Dunkirk, NY. Pat was very proud of delivering Meals on Wheels for 13 years in the Dunkirk / Fredonia area.
Sister of Kathy (John) Phillips and Shelia McAtee. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends may call at the Rutland-Corwin Funeral Home, Inc. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on Thursday from 2-5 pm where a prayer service will be held at 5pm.
