Scott was born in North Tonawanda on August 5, 1957 to Donald and Nancy (Gaul) Mcknight. Scott was a United State Army Veteran, owner of SAM Mechanical HVAC, member of Columbia Hook and Ladder, and also a member of Volunteer Firemen's Benevolent Association,Park Athletic Club-Tonawandas, and Renaissance Club of North Tonawanda Inc, Scott is survived by his brother Brian (Ronnie) Mcknight, nieces and nephews Brad (Tracy), Bryn (Brittany), and Hunter (Amy) Mcknight, Peter (Brittany) Witkowski, and Dr. Caitlin (Josh) Witkowski-Dean, life long friends Bonnie Justice, and Debby Eastman, also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A celebration of Scotts life will be held at a later date and time to be announced.
