- Barbara Ann Willick, a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2019 in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. She was 80. She was born in Niagara Falls, New York on August 16, 1939, the daughter of the late Howard A. and Dorothy M. (Steer) Willick. She attended schools locally.
Miss Willick was a long time employee of Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. She worked in Central Service and as a Nurses Aid. She also worked in the home health care field.
Of Irish decent, Barbara always was very interested and proud of her Irish heritage. She was gifted in arts, enjoying needlework and crocheting. She also enjoyed a good book to read.
Survivors include a brother, Howard A. Willick of Niagara Falls; three nieces, Catherine M. Showalter; Joanne A. Roffle and Charlotte A. Palumbo; a nephew, Charles C. Kramarczyk; six great nieces; a great nephew; two great great nieces and two great great nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Joan Kramarczyk.
The family will be present Tuesday, August 27, 2019 after 11 AM in the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, where Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM. The interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Niagara Falls.
