  Patricia Stoops passed away peacefully at the Levine & Dickson Hospice House, Huntersville, NC, on August 27th, 2020. Patty was born November 27, 1946 to Clinton and Ina (Seegott) Brewer. She was a graduate of the Lockport Senior High School, class of 1964, and continued her education at the Catherine McAuley School of Nursing in Batavia, NY. Patty worked at Lockport Memorial Hospital as an LPN, having retired after many years of service. While she relocated to North Carolina many years ago, she never lost her love for her frequent visits to Letchworth State Park in the fall. Patty is survived by siblings, Jamie Brewer of Tuscaloosa, AL, Laurie (Brian) Costello of Lockport, NY.; her children, Sara (Glenn) Ferguson of Sinking Springs, PA, David (Cara) Stoops, of Somerville, MA, and Matthew (Jennifer) Stoops of Huntersville, NC. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Emily and Jeremy Ferguson and Zoe Stoops.
