- Obituary Of Raymond Dennis Pierce
Raymond D. Pierce passed away peacefully on May 18th in the hospice ward of the VA Medical Center in Buffalo, with his wife by his side. A Marine, Vietnam Veteran, and Purple Heart recipient, Ray dedicated his life to his country and his community. His contributions over the past several decades have been integral to the operation of Lockport's VFW Post 2535.
He is survived by his devoted wife Mary (Jansen) and daughter Brooke Elizabeth as well as his dear brother Lonnie. The family wishes to honor his request to be mourned privately. Mary and Brooke thank Ray's friends and the community for their support and messages of condolence.
