  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 12/91940 HENRY BRIGGS Henry Briggs, 73, a former resident of Tonawanda, died early today at his home. Town Line road, town of Wilson. Born in East Saginaw, Mich., he had resided in Tonawanda many years before removing to the town of Wilson several years ago, He was a member of the Grace Evangelical Lutheran church and the Protective Home circle of the Tonawandas. He leaves a wife, Frances, nee Vandre; a son, Kempton C. F, of Tonawanda; a daughter, Mrs. Edna D. Schurr of Wilson, and a brother, Frank of Buffalo. Funeral sen-ices will be held Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the home of his son, 29 Fletcher street. Rev. Clarence L, Braun will officiate. Burial will be in Elmlawn
