She was a daughter of the late William and Susan Briggs Rocker and was born in LyonsdaJe, March 8.1886. She was married to Claude Blinn in 1902. Mrs. Blinn attended the New Covenant Church. Besides her husband, she leaves a son, Daniel. Port Leyden; three sisters, Mrs. Rebecca Leland, Port Leyden; Mrs. Joseph Green, Hion; and Mrs. Claude Brinkerhoff, Utica; and a brother, Eri Rocker, Port Leyden.
