  Rome NY Daiy Sentinel - 10/16/1948 PORT LEYDEN - Erie Racker, 66, passed away at his home in French Settlement, Friday morning at 4:20. He has been in poor health for seven years. He was bom Dec. 18, 1881, a son of William and Susan Briggs Racker at Lyonsdale. On Nov. 11, 1938, he married Mrs. Florence Meeker Baker. The Rev. Frank Jones officiated. Besides his wife, he is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Rebecca Leland, Mrs. Joseph LaVert, and Mrs. Floyd Brinkerhof, all of Port Leyden, and several nieces and nephews.
