A three-and-a-half year old Gas-
port girl was electrocuted shortly
after 11 o'clock this morning when
she touched an electric fence on
the farm of her uncle, John O. Dev-
ereaux of the Budd Road, town of
Cambria.
Artificial respiration by the
Wright's Corners Volunteer F i r e
Company ambulance squad failed
to revive Katey Lou Brigham,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond
Brigham of RD, Gasport. She was
pronounced dead on arrival at
Lockport City Hospital.
She was taken to the hospital
in the Wright's Corners ambulance.
Dr. Lemuel R. Hurlbut, of Lockport,
coroner, said he will issue a
certificate of accidental death.
Besides her parents, she Is survived
by a brother, Raymond, 13.
two sisters, Karen, 10, and Sue
Ann, 8, and two grandmoth-
ers, Mrs. Charles Brigham of Gas-
port and Mrs. Norman Berner of
Akron.
Funeral arrangements are being
handled by the Bream Funeral
Home in Gasport.
