  Lockport NY Union Sun Journal - 9/12/1935 George D. Coapman, 63, former vice president of the E. H. Ferree company, died at 1:30 o'clock this morning at his home. 529 Willow street, of hardening of the arteries. He had been in failing health about four months. Born in Cayuga, Mr. Coapman came here 32 years ago to become associated with E. H. Ferree and the E. H. Ferree company. He was vice president until he retired in 1926. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mary Brimmer Coapman, and several nieces and nephews, including Mrs. Douglas R. Patterson of Burt, Mrs. Kenneth C. Ferguson of Lock port, Mrs. Marian Tomkins and Harry Price of New York City The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the home Burial will be in Olenwood cemetery.
