BAUER
Joseph J. Bauer, 51,
of 5 Hanover St., Tonawanda, died
Wednesday (Feb. 13, 1963) at
DeGraff Memorial Hospital after
a brief illness. A native of Tonawanda,
he was a member of St.
Francis of Assisi Church. Survivors
include his wife, Katherine
(nee Borsick) Bauer; a daughter,
Katherine; two sons, Joseph
Jr. and Robert, at home; his
mother, Mrs. Katherine Brody of
Tonawanda; three sisters, Mrs.
Catherine Kick of Kenmore, Mrs.
Elizabeth Utera of Crystal Beach,
Ont., and Mrs. Ann Berndt of
Erie, Pa., and five brothers, Louis
Bauer of Tonawanda, Edward
Bauer of Cheektowaga, Francis
and Albert Brody of North
Tonawanda, and John Brody of
Tonawanda. Friends may call at
John O. Roth Funeral Home,
Morgan and William Streets, Tonawanda,
where prayers will be
said at 9 a.m. Saturday, followed
by a Requiem High Mass in St.
Francis of Assisi Church at 9:30
a.m. The Rev. Wilbur Yaeger will
officiate. Burial in Mount Olivet
Cemetery.
