Heimiller, J. Betty (nee Keicher), of Amherst, August 5, 2023, age 102 under the care of Niagara Hospice and DeGraff Skilled Nursing.
Beloved wife of the late Donald J. Heimiller Sr., who passed in 1998. Daughter of the late Leo and Anna Keicher (nee Schaale), of the City of Tonawanda. Loving mother of Ellen Seguin, Donald Jr. Heimiller (Pamela), Virginia Lunn, Carl Heimiller (Sherry) and Michael Heimiller. Grandmother to Donny Heimiller (Michelle), Matthew Lunn (Kerry), Peter Seguin (Lynn), Susan Ouhrabka (Eric), Jesse Lunn (Brian), Jamie Seguin (Gillian), Carlene Heimiller-Ford (Jake), and Jeffery Heimiller (Jillian). Great-grandmother to 16 - Peter, Kate, Olivia, Ava, Ingrid, Peiper, Jack, Chloe, Jasper, Annadelia, Althea, Corrina, Lukas, Oliver, Henry and Sawyer. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceaded by her siblings Dorothy Wein and John Keicher.
Betty spent her years raising a family and volunteering at various associations, including the Erie County SPCA, People Inc., The Riviera Theater, DeGraff Hospital, The Tonawanda Historical Society, and the St. Francis of Assisi Food Pantry in Tonawanda.
She was also recognized on the Honor Roll for her numerous blood donations to the American Red Cross Association.
Family and friends are welcome to celebrate Betty's life at St. Joseph University Parish,3269 Main Street, Buffalo on August 26, 2023 beginning at 10am where a Funeral Mass will be conducted by the Reverend Jack Ledwon.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Betty's memory may be made to the Erie County SPCA, or to People Inc.
