NOTICE
At term of the County Court of the
County of Niagara, held at the Court
House In Niagara Falls. New York, on the
1st day of August. 1940
Present: Honorable Raymond A. Knowles.
County Judge.
STATE OF NEW YORK. COUNTY
OOURT, NIAGARA COUNTY.
In the Matter of the Application of
ARNOLD WYSLOUZlL
for leave to change bis name to Arnold
Webber.
The petition of Arnold Wyslotirll duly
verified on the 29th day of July, 1940. and
entitled as above, having been duly presented
to the County Court of Niagara
County, the said petition praying for
leave of the petitioner to assume the
name of Arnold Webber in place and
stead of his present name, and the Court
being duly satlsfied that the averments
contained in such petition are ln all respects
true and that there is no reason-
able objection to the change of name
Now, on motion of Stanley J Dryja,
the attorney for the petitioner. It is
ORDERED, that Arnold Wyslouzil of the
City Of Niagara Falls. Niagara County.
New York, be and he hereby is authorized
to assume the name of Arnold Webber
on September 19th. 1940. upon condition,
however, that he will comply
with the further provltlons ot this order,
and It is further
ORDERED that this order and the
aforementioned petition be filed within
ten days from the date hereof In the
office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara:
and that a copy of this order
shall within ten days be published In the
Niagara Falls Gazette. a newspaper published
In the City of Niagara Falls, New
York, and that proof of publication
thereof be filed with the Clerk of the
Counly Of Niagara, and it is further
ORDERED that following the filing of
this petition and the order herein as
hereinbefore directed and the publication
of such order and the filing ot the proof
of publication thereof as hereinbefore directed,
and on and after September 15th.
and the petitioner shall be known by the
name of Arnold Webber and by no other
name
