Miss Irene Jane Novak, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Walter J. Novak
of Mulberry Road. Garden City, and
Alexander C. Bromka, son of Mr.
and Mrs. John Bromka of Romulus,
were married Saturday.
The wedding took place at St.
Joseph's Roman Catholic Church,
Oarden City, with the Rev. John E.
Leonard officiating. A reception
was held at the Wheatley Hills Inn,
Westbury.
The bride wore a brush pink lace
gown, a fingertip veil attached to
a tiara of seed pearls and carried
white carnations and gladoli. Navy
Lieutenant Mary Ward, of Philadelphia,
Pa,, was maid of honor.
John Bromka was best man for
his brother. Ushers were Joseph W
Novak of Levlttwwn. brother of the
bride; Joseph E. Novak of Larchmont,
uncle of the bride, and her
cousin. John D. Russell Of Brooklyn.
The bride was graduated from St.
Joseph's College for Women. Brooklyn,
Her husband was graduated
from Sampson College, Sampson.
The couple will live in Garden
City.
